Dear Valued Customers,

Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) wishes to alert its Streamyx users that there is a fraudulent email message being propagated that claims to be from TM Net. The email requests for customers to supply their Streamyx account information such as their log-in username and password for purpose of verification.

We would like to clarify that this email does NOT come from a TM source – it is a fraudulent attempt to gain access to your personal information. TM never solicits any such information from our customers via email.

The disclosure of such confidential data may be used by the fraudsters for illegal subscription of paid online services and illegal disclosure of confidential information. In addition, TM customers are advised to protect your log-in ID and password to ensure that there will be no instance of illegal usage by any third party/ fraudster of your account.

As a preventive measure, we would like to advise our customers who receive this email to delete it immediately. DO NOT respond to these emails and DO NOT click the links. Meanwhile, for those who have responded to these emails and provided your personal information as requested, we urge you to change or reset your respective password immediately.

Urgent Message from TELEKOM

To those who have a telekom home phone, please read.. Here is the original text received from Telekom:

If you get a call from someone identifying himself as a phone technician performing a test, and this person asks you to touch nine( 9 ), zero( 0 ),hash sign ( # ) and then hang up… Please REFUSE TO DO SO! By pushing 90# , you are giving the individual, who called you, access to your telephone line and allowing them to place a long distance call with the charges appearing on your telephone bill.

Errors:

If you are using Kodak EasyShare C643 Digital Camera, you might receive below mentioned errors while using it:

• Memory card not recognized or camera freezes with card
• “Internal memory requires formatting”
• “Memory card is unusable (Insert new memory card)”

Cause:

The prime reasons for such errors are:

• MMC/SD card is not properly inserted
• Memory card certification issues
• Memory card or camera’s internal memory is corrupted

when I first heard about blogging, I had the same impression similar to the about remarks until I attended a free talk on Blogging for Money Online ! by a local “netpreneur”. I am not making it up when I mentioned “Blogging for Even Dummies !” because I felt blogging is so easy to learn and start. To start blogging, you try understand the following questions:-

6) What else I need to do?
If you are thinking to use a blog to merely share information with your friends, then you do not need to any further action except that you logon to your blog whenever you have some other information to share. I knew about this event from a forum which one of my course mate annouced and it cost RM8 to register. I checked out the website and noted that those who signed up can make download of the speaker’s ebook. With that in mind, I signed up.
I turn up for the 2nd day to the event but 5 minutes late. I rushed to register myself and was given a program booklet which indicated profile for the eight Internet speakers for the summit. The speakers are:-

I walked to the hall and there was the organizer who was teaching the participants the way to welcome speakers. The hall was full of enthusiasm and lively. The atmosphere was full of hope and wantness. The organizer seems to have done a great job to motivate the particpants to be so positive that all of us (included me) did a standing avotion to welcome the speakers when he walked in.

Like some of my frineds mentioned, most speakers of the day tried they best to motivate the particpants enrol into their internet course. All of them claim their internet course made money. You can’t blame them as the entrance ticket is sold at RM8 which can’t buy a cofe latte at Starbuks. How else you expect the speakes make their fee or air ticket home?

Guess what! the talk was so encouraging and motivating about making internet money online with affiliate marketing, blogging, eBay and others that most of the session had their slots sold out right after their talk were over.

Wow ! what recession? Did you see any indication. Particpants were rushing to get a place in the course thinking this is a gold mine to make internet money online. Why not? afterall, most of them came for the summit were looking for opportunities to make internet money online, right ??
Well, you may not agreed with me but evidence in the registration table supported my argument.

Blogging Money Online

The person in the video is Adam Ginberg, he made $20 mil from eBay.com in 5 years. Accoding to Adam during his speech in the Glabal Internet Summit 2009 in Kuala Lumpur, he started his Internet career when he ran a small pool table business. With his mothers regular persuasions, he put up an adv in the eBay.com to in an attempt to sell his pool table. He put up the ad and forgot about it and hopeful that the pool table could not be sold. With his unexpectation, the pool table was sold. Adam thought it could be coincidence but his mother encouraged him to put up sale again. So he did with his second advertisement at eBay.com and it was sold again. There he started to put up more ad and he sold more pool table month after month. From there on, he pursued his sales via eBay and he bacame the US #1 selling in the sport category.

During his presentation, he demonstrated how he continued his eBay selling as a business and ventured into managing the eBay account with customise template. He sold items such as real estate, his sport car, sport shoe and many others.

He envisioned that eBay marketing can be as lucrative as any other internet business with the right strategy and knowledge. One of the biggest encoragement you need to venture into eBay is the vast membership and visitors with eBay.com
